Corelli Alliance Violin Strings are capable of satisfying the demands of any playing style, no matter the level. The rich tonal colours are impressive, and improved higher harmonics outperform traditional gut strings. Their composite fibre core makes them resistant to temperature and humidity changes, also having a quick settling time.

Alliance strings are consistent across all registers and playing positions, allowing for warm lows and sweet (but not piercing) highs. They also blend exceptionally well with other substances such as gut, nylon or steel. By mixing and matching with strings made from different materials, you can get the perfect setup to suit your sound and amplify the natural tones of your instrument.

The innovation consists in the use of an improved raw material very different from nylon. It has the same density and the same elasticity than the gut strings. Apart from the very new sound quality very close to the sound of gut it does not badly react but resists to very high or very low temperatures. This material is not affected at all by highly moisturised atmosphere and very dry air. The strings last muchlonger than gut strings (two to five times according to the conditions of use). The sound close to gut is rather warm but rich.
