The compact food processor in the MUM2 series from Bosch is a multi-talent in the kitchen. The powerful 900 watt motor with 3D PlanetaryMixing ensures fast baking and cooking results even with heavy doughs. The multifunctional arm has three drives in different positions. The patisserie set with whisk, beater and dough hook is suitable for many applications, including fine cake mixes, heavy dough mixes, cream and meringue. The MUMS2VM00 has a stainless steel mixing bowl with a special inner shape; up to 2.4 kg of batter or 1.7 kg of yeast dough are optimally mixed in the mixing bowl thanks to 3D PlanetaryMixing. The mixing tools move in three directions at the same time, imitating the natural kneading movement of the hands. The soft start prevents splashes and clouds of flour. The electronic speed control ensures a constant speed during the mixing or kneading process. A transparent lid with a filling opening ensures easy and clean mixing and refilling of ingredients. The MUMS2VM00 food processor is equipped with an automatic parking position; after switching off, the drives continue to move for a few seconds until the correct parking position is reached. Rubber suction feet ensure that the MUMS2VM00 stands securely.
