Bosch Professional Expert Fast Charger EXAL18V-160 black, AMPShare Alliance

The Bosch Expert EXAL18V-160 is an ultra-fast charger for all 18V batteries from Bosch and AMPShare partners. With 16A charging current, the EXBA18V-80 battery, for example, can be fully charged in just 39 minutes. Intelligent Active Air Cooling 2.0 cools the batteries efficiently, and FlexTemp Charging extends the charging temperature range of EXPERT batteries to -10°C to +55°C. Both functions reduce downtime by enabling warmer batteries to start charging faster, even after heavy use. FlexTemp Charging also allows cold batteries to be charged. The ultra-fast charger offers three charging modes: Standard, Power Boost, and Long Life. The modes can be activated as needed using the charging mode button. Power Boost mode charges at the highest speed. Long Life mode provides a gentler full charge that extends the battery's service life. The EXAL18V-160 charger is part of the AMPShare Alliance. A single battery fits all tools and machines in the blue Bosch Professional 18V system, but can also be used across brands with numerous other devices from other manufacturers in the AMPShare Alliance.
